The Enersys DataSafe 12HX25 lead-acid battery (4.5 Ah, 12 V) is designed specifically for high discharge currents and has a long service life (up to 12 years). The compact ABS plastic case makes optimal use of the area and volume, while maintaining excellent discharge characteristics. The electrolyte is retained in the microscopic pores of the fiberglass separator (absorbed glass mat technology), the impact-resistant ABS plastic case is completely sealed, the pressure required for gas recombination is maintained inside it. Excess pressure is released through self-regulating valves, they do not allow atmospheric air to enter the battery.
